How do I uninstall correctly in order to install a new version?

You don't need to uninstall an older version before installing a newer one, you can simply install the new version on top of the older one. However, if you want to uninstall the previoius version, please follow these steps:

1. Click the 'Start’ button (that can be found on bottom left corner of your monitor), click ‘Control Panel’, and then double-click "Add or Remove Programs" or “Uninstall a program (in Vista)”.
2. When you see a window showing the list of currently installed programs, select by clicking on the program that you want to remove, and then click Remove or Uninstall.
3. If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click ‘Yes’.
