| Think of it like this; if it shows 90% cpu usage then only 10% of cpu is being actively utilized. Clue in the name; IDLE! how much of your cpu capacity is in Idle i.e not being used! My process manager shows system idle at 96% & cpu meter ( actually in use) at 4%. get it??

This is the percentage of TIME your CPU is in IDLE state (not being utilised) therefore a high number is GOOD. 90+ if not much is open or running on your system. dont worry yourself about this "process"
