This inconvenient, kill the active process, can't access on internet and not workly to connect to every host. To connect on internet again, please reboot this Windows Operating System.

I've terminated this process for good long time ago and my OS is working perfectly. How do you think, do I have an internet connectivity?? Of course :) Those last two opinions are OK when your OS is running firewall application and then you will terminate this process. I have hardware firewall.
