it came with a game called Mabinogi, it will not allow me to delete at all, even with advanced removal tools

Scroll down the list and look for "npkcmsvc" which will have "nProtect KeyCrypt Manager Service" for its description. Right-click it and click Properties, and on the General tab set the Startup Type to Disabled. More information
