I know Microsoft has certain disclosure and access agreements in place, and just wonder if some of the more popular freebies like Online Armour have the same arrangement? Perhaps the oaui.exe process is just a small part of that whole surveilance process that includes Carnivore and Eschelon, etc.
The reason I mention this is because it seems to kick into high gear when doing simple copy and paste from selected government and military websites.
I must be getting paranoid, but I swear that the more you know about those things the more reason we all have for paranoia.
