If located in system32, it's the Windows Print Spooler - which is safe and not a virus! If it's located somewhere else, it's most likely a trojan, trying to fake you with a bogus name.

| If it is suposed to be for printing then how come i can print without going online? It is verry vunerable that is what a lot of thoes updetes are fore frome windows updates. And ehen i am on line and turn on my printer i get a notice printer online. I DONOT WANT MY PRINTER TO GO ONLINE I SEE NO REASON FOR IT.
