sure this ones a good file. had it been situated in another directory it could have been malware ! thats the technique most malware writes do ! use a regular windows process name and place it in another directory to cause confusion

is a good file in the directory and you need it !
if you have scanned your computer with a well know av product and it say it infected then you might have a issues
but if trend did not see an issue leave the file alone

Don't know whether to like or dislike the fact that it shows up in my list of processes (only when I click show for all users though), and I've been reading that it shouldn't show in the Task Manager on Windows XP or Vista. Never specifies if thats for the normal view, or the view for all users. Dying to know the answer to this though. I should also mention that the file is located in my Windows/System32 folder, but I have heard that doesn't matter in some cases. More information
