M	Supposedly "This background task is installed when you install the full version of Adobe Acrobat. It comes into action when you create PDF files from non Adobe applications" may also be involved with printing. I don't think it is installed with PDF reader, just the full (creating) versions. Have not tried disabling it. More information
Matt	I have the full "printing" version of Adobe. I tried disabling it, and it disabled printing to PDF. Keep it enabled if you have full Adobe.
