| Not absolutely necessary for XP unless you have less than 512 MB RAM. However, it can prove invaluable if doing large volume scanning even with 1 GB RAM. I?ve used this program for several years on Win ME and Win XP Pro and no problems to date. Not only is it free, it frees up your RAM too. More information
