| The hphmon05.exe interacts with your Hewlett Packard printer, and detects when a memory card is placed in the printer memory card reader. When a card is inserted, this process will map it to a virtual drive so that you can access the photos with explorer. It also provides a system tray shortcut for functions such as the printing of the photos on the photo card. It is a quite a convenient program and so should only be terminated if it is causing problems for your system. More information
