| Part of Media Centre, My McAfee Security Centre wouldn't download updates until i turned it off, kept returning error messages. so i say REMOVE IT!!

| ehtray.exe is a task run by Windows Media Center. It sometimes causes problems and it wont let your screensaver work. Deleting it is easy. Go to : Task Manager, Applications and end task ehtray.exe.
