| it keeps the quick launch on the tool bar so you can quickly change your screen resolution, check which graphics model you have, so you can up date it. Not harmful, useful at times.

| If you are a gamer you can use it to save differnt scheems, for differnt games might call for 256 colors exe.... Allso differnt games might need a differnt resalutions. This is verry convienint your desk top keeps the same settings but when you start a game you can assign your dezired settings for various games without changing the settings on your desktop.
